Before I became a trainer, I worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, so I truly understand the demands of the modern workplace. Today, I use that experience to help individuals and corporate teams stay strong, build mental resilience, and find their inner balance. I work with both adults and children, and as a current psychology student, I love combining the latest insights with mindful breathing techniques and stress relief strategies. My Approach to Relaxation Training
I work with both adult groups* and children*, guiding them through highly effective relaxation sessions. My approach is based on proven relaxation methods and stress reduction techniques, including Schultz’s Autogenic Training, Jacobson’s Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). I also integrate somatic exercises and various mindful breathing techniques to help release physical tension and calm the mind. For children, I design sessions to be age-appropriate and playful. In addition to core relaxation techniques, I integrate movement exercises, kids’ yoga, and breathing exercises tailored to their needs. This helps them find their calm, improve body awareness, and learn stress management skills for kids at an early age. *Note for Participants:

In addition to my psychology studies, I am constantly expanding my expertise in a wide variety of stress management techniques. I truly believe that everyone experiences stress differently—what triggers one person may not affect another, and our bodies all have unique ways of responding to pressure. That’s why I’m dedicated to deepening my knowledge across as many relaxation methods and coping strategies as possible. My goal is to provide personalized, optimal support for every individual, helping you find the right tools to rediscover your inner peace and maintain long-term balance.
