Before I became a trainer, I worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, so I truly understand the demands of the modern workplace. Today, I use that experience to help individuals and corporate teams stay strong, build mental resilience, and find their inner balance. I work with both adults and children, and as a current psychology student, I love combining the latest insights with mindful breathing techniques and stress relief strategies. For Adults and children

My Approach to Relaxation Training

I work with both adult groups* and children*, guiding them through highly effective relaxation sessions. My approach is based on proven relaxation methods and stress reduction techniques, including Schultz’s Autogenic Training, Jacobson’s Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). I also integrate somatic exercises and various mindful breathing techniques to help release physical tension and calm the mind. For children, I design sessions to be age-appropriate and playful. In addition to core relaxation techniques, I integrate movement exercises, kids’ yoga, and breathing exercises tailored to their needs. This helps them find their calm, improve body awareness, and learn stress management skills for kids at an early age. *Note for Participants:

  • For Adults: I offer flexible sessions both online and in-person.
  • For Children: Sessions are held exclusively in-person in Berlin. Parental participation is required.

Individual Sessions

I offer tailored training sessions and workshops for corporate clients and their employees. In these sessions, teams and individuals learn to identify workplace stressors, implement preventative measures, and develop effective strategies for a healthy and productive work environment. My goal is to promote burnout prevention and support a better work-life balance by teaching practical relaxation techniques that can be easily integrated into a busy workday.
